Prior to Covid-19 (2020)
Fairchance promoted and managed over 75 major career fairs and symposiums featuring over a thousand employers and assisting thousands of Colorado at-risk and career candidates. Venues ranged from Mile High Stadium to the University of Colorado and the Denver Federal Center and employers from the City of Denver to the U.S. Secret Service.
Fairchance was always built upon helping at-risk (homeless, justice-involved, impoverished) candidates. Fairchance provided career events, job placement, career services, and personal empowerment.

Employer Symposiums – a unique Fairchance feature.
One additional feature of Fairchance services included ‘Employer Symposiums’. Based on our knowledge that candidates can’t always find careers on their own, Fairchance went the extra mile, holding special events for 50 employers at a time that instructed them on how to hire at-risk candidates. Along with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Department of Labor, Fairchance provided details on federal wage subsidizations, tax incentives, and free bonding insurance.
